The base is a 0.06-0.08mm full thin skin base. V-looping technique is used for the front hairline to make it look natural and you can expose the hairline to have a slicked-back hairstyle. Single split knots are used for the rest of the base to make sure the hair is more secure in the base and isn’t easily to shed. Thus it lasts longer than a full v-looped skin hair system.

Hair density is 105% medium light.

As realistic looking as our V-looped Mirage, Single-knotted Mirage has slightly thicker hair and it lasts longer.

Compared to the vloop one I think I like this one more. I can wear it for 3 months but for the vlop one only a couple of weeks. I think I’m gonna stick to this one. Overall good product.

Starting wearing system about a year ago. I have always bought from Lavivid because I never had any issues with order, delivery, or product. There is really no reason for me to try somewhere else. I started with a full lace but it was difficult to clean all the glue off and I found too many hairs were being pulled "inside" when trying to clean. Several months ago, I started using the thin skins and it was a huge improvement for ease of cleaning!!! I initially started with the thinnest ones but did find that shedding beyond what I was comfortable with was happening after several months. I generally remove and clean every 2 weeks or so. My last purchase was This Mirage, cool toned brown color. So far after one cleaning I there is no evidence of any shedding other than a few hairs, it is more easy for me to style as well. I will continue to use this one. I do all my own cutting and maintenance. I wish I would have started wearing one about 10 years ago. If you are new, advice....get a thin skin, use walker glue on front hairline about 1/8 to 1/4 inch wide and ghost bond on the rest, dont make either too thick! watch Video tutorials, be patient, you will get better and faster after you figure out a routine that works for you. use a SHAVING RAZOR BLADE from a disposable razor that you "break out" to cut system, its much thinner and sharper than bigger razor blades or scissors, cut a mildly jagged edge on hairline..it will look more natural.
