What does “4-week production” mean?

Production refers to the manufacturing timeline only. Shipping time depends on destination.

Is 4-week production guaranteed?

Our system is structured around a 4-week timeline. Occasionally, complex specifications may require additional time.

Can custom orders be returned or exchanged?

Because custom systems are made specifically to your selected specifications, they are generally non-returnable and non-exchangeable.

We encourage customers to carefully review all selections before submitting an order.

Are discounts available for custom orders?

Because every custom system is made specifically for you, first-time custom orders are not discounted.

However, once your specifications are established, repeat custom orders become more efficient — and we’re happy to offer a 5% loyalty discount for reorders of the same configuration.

Can I choose a different production speed?

Available production options are shown during checkout.

When does production start?

Production begins once order details are confirmed.

Can I modify my order?

Changes may not be possible once production has started.

Can fast production still guarantee quality?

Yes.

Our faster production timeline comes from a structured workflow — not reduced craftsmanship.

Each custom system follows standardized specifications, controlled production steps, and dedicated quality inspection before shipment.

Can I cancel a custom order?

Yes — custom orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement.

After 24 hours, production preparation begins, and cancellation is no longer guaranteed.

If cancellation is requested after the initial 24-hour period:

• During early production preparation: a 30% fee will be deducted to cover materials and production setup costs.
• After production has progressed beyond one week: the order becomes non-cancelable, and 100% of the order amount will be charged.

Because each custom system is made specifically according to your selected specifications, we encourage customers to review all details carefully before placing an order.

What if I’m not satisfied with the quality of my custom order?

If you believe there is a quality issue, please contact our support team within the specified support period.

Our team will review the case and provide solutions based on the situation, which may include adjustment support, repair guidance, or replacement when a verified manufacturing issue exists.

What if I can’t find the option I need in the customization menu?

If your desired specification is not listed, our team can assist with special requests.

Please contact us before placing your order, and we will help confirm feasibility.

Do I need to send a hair sample or head mold?

In most cases, sending a hair sample or template is not required.

Hair Sample

A hair sample is not needed if:

• You choose a color from our standard color ring, or
• You have previously provided a hair sample for an earlier custom order.

If you require a very specific or unique color that has not been matched before, we recommend sending a hair sample to achieve the most accurate result.

Template (Head Mold)

A template is required only in certain situations, such as:

• When the base shape is highly customized, or
• When the base size exceeds 8” × 10”.

For all other cases, our team will review your order specifications.

If a template or sample is needed, our customer service team will contact you directly.
If you are not contacted, no additional materials are required.

How do I send a hair sample or head mold?

We offer a convenient Template Pick-Up Service to make the process simple.

2. After your purchase, we will provide you with a shipping label.
3. Pack your hair sample or template securely and send it using the provided label.
4. Once we receive your package, our team will contact you to confirm receipt and proceed with your custom order.
