I want to thank LaVivid for their exceptional service... I recently ordered a custom hair system and they were incredibly patient in answering all my questions. Their customer service was very prompt. I chose a lace base with European hair, which is very breathable. The quality of the hair system is excellent! I'll definitely be sticking with LaVivid for future purchases!

My hair is very irregular, and only half of the hairline is intact. The standard 8 × 10 size did not suit me, so with Ivan's help I chosed their custom service. Yesterday I received this custom product and it is a perfect fit for my head. The front hairline became more complete, and my friend told me that I couldn't tell in any direction that I was wearing a hair system! I can finally get rid of all my hats. I couldn't even go swimming or go to any social events because of my hair loss. This has been the case for more than a decade...... Can you imagine how my life has changed? I just got my custom 7x9 silk base from LaVivid, and I’m thrilled! It’s like having a Tyler hair system but tailored just for me. The silk feels amazing and fits perfectly. I ordered a custom made hair unit with all my wishes and specifications. My sides are rather thin, so I had to order a custom made unit. With a lot of help and personal interaction through mail correspondence with Tina ( Support LaVivid Hair ) we could finalize the customization ( what kind of hair, base, thickness, colour, curl, etc. ). After sending my template, I received my hair unit after 2 months....and the quality of the hair unit is outstanding! I am really impressed. Tina's help was great, she responds to mails and questions quickly and that support is essential by making a customized hair unit. A big, big compliment to Tina and LaVivid hair!

I just wanted to say that LaVivid saved me! I've been going to another hair company , their factory's lead time has gone into 8 months. After extensive research on hair company's, I came across LaVivid and they have by far exceeded my expectations. The quality of the hair and base on the skin poly unit is perfect. I ordered a stock system first to try them out and have now gotten my custom order with only a 2 months lead time. I just reordered two more custom units so I am ahead of the game. I highly recommend them and Tina in the customer service department is great at answering all of your questions and concerns. I always get a response back within 24 hours through email. You will not be disappointed!
