Delivery time depends on your location and the inventory availability. It includes processing and shipping. Stock hair systems take 3-4 business days to process, while custom orders take about 4-6 weeks. For US orders, shipping will take 5-7 business days while for other countries and regions is 7-10 business days. Delays may occur due to crises, holidays, or other uncontrollable factors.

We accept returns and exchanges on eligible products within 45 days of delivery. To qualify, items must be in their original condition (unaltered, unworn, undamaged), with all tags and packaging intact. For custom orders, pre-cut items, and clearance products please refer to our latest return policy. Ineligible products will be returned at your cost. Once we receive the return, we'll contact you to process an exchange or refund.
