45-DAY MONEY-BACK GUARANTEE

We are happy to accept returns and exchanges on all eligible products within 45 days of delivery. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase and wish to make a return, please return it in its original packaging and follow our return policy.

WHAT ARE ELIGIBLE PRODUCTS?

  • Are in the same condition you received them (unaltered, unworn, undamaged, containing no signs of wear, styling products, or odor)
  • Have all tags on them and are in their original packaging
  • Item(s) are returned within 45 days of the order delivery date
  • Clearance items are ineligible products

We can’t accept ineligible products and they will be returned to you at your cost.

REFUND POLICY

Stock Hair System How much refund can I get?
Brand New System with no Services
  • Not worn, unused
  • Full Refund for your first order
  • Item value ≤$150: $10 restocking fee
  • No Precut, Perm, Clips and other modifications made by LaVivid Hair
  • Item value > $150: $15 restocking fee
  • Item value > $500: $30 restocking fee
Add-on Service Stock System
  • Not worn, unused
  • Purchased with Precut service, Perm, Clips or any modifications made by LaVivid Hair
Partial refund up to 70%.
(It will depend on your add-on services.)

Custom Hair System How much refund can I get?
If the product has quality issues before use and we determine it is not adjustable Remake or a full refund after we receive it.
If the return is due to personal reasons, such as no longer wanting the item, and it is unused. We will issue a half refund after receiving the item.
If the product has quality issues before use/while using and it's adjustable We can make adjustments to ensure your satisfaction

  • Monetary Refund
         1) Monetary refunds will be credited back to the original form of payment you used to purchase the order.
         2) Refunds are processed 5 to 7 business days after receiving your return.
         3) Express shipping costs, international shipping costs, and any other third-party fees are non-refundable.
         4) Any refused international packages and international automatic returns (including Canada) will incur a 30% restocking fee of the total order amount.

  • Store Credit Refund

    No restocking fee for a store credit refund. (Store credit cannot be refunded to your credit or debit card).

CANCELLATION POLICY

We will accept an order cancellation before the product is shipped or manufactured. We cannot cancel the order once the product has been shipped.

  • If an order is canceled without a haircut, base cutting, or perm service, you will receive a full refund.
  • If an order is canceled that includes a haircut, base cutting, or perm service, you will receive a partial refund according to the refund policy above.

EXCHANGE POLICY

  • We allow one free exchange on no Precut, Perm, and no modifications orders within 45 days from the date the order is delivered.
  • If you want to exchange the order a second time, there is a 5% restocking fee.
  • If the exchange item(s) costs more than your first order, we will contact you to obtain the payment difference for the additional amount. Any exchange balance will be refunded to your original payment method.
  • You can change your order at any time before it has been shipped. Once it has been shipped and is on its way to you, it cannot be changed or canceled.
  • If your order is with a haircut, base cutting, or perm service, the return value of the hair will be calculated according to the refund policy above.
  • If you are not satisfied with your exchange, you can return it for a refund or initiate a second exchange.
  • All customers are responsible for their return shipping costs for any returns or exchanges.

RETURN PROCEDURE

  1. Find the order you would like to return in "My Orders" after signing in.
  2. Click on "RETURN ITEMS". Please be aware that if you cannot find the “RETURN ITEMS” button, that means your order might have exceeded 45 days after receipt.
  3. Fill out all the information needed for return and submit.
  4. When your return request has been approved, you will see the RAM number and the return address on the website and in the email sent to you.
  5. Return the product to the return address and update the tracking number online.

Please be aware that all customers are responsible for their shipping costs for any returns or exchanges. Your refund will be processed in 5-7 business days after your return has been accepted. If you ask for an exchange, our customer service will contact you once the return has been received.
