Wholesale Accounts

The shipping charge for bulk wholesale orders is $30 for 1 piece, plus $3 for each additional.

 

Signature service

Signature service is mandatory for DHL international shipping orders and orders with high-value products. If the signature request is waived or you have a signature exemption agreement with FedEx, DHL, or TNT, LaVivid will no longer be responsible for any lost or damaged packages.

 

Reshipment

If your package was not successfully delivered and is returned to us by the carrier, we offer a free first-time reshipment. If returned to us for a second time, there will be an additional $8.95 shipping cost ($29.89 for international orders) for a reshipment. Any refused international packages and international automatic returns (including Canada) will incur a 30% restocking fee of the total order amount.

 

Force Majeure Delays

LaVivid makes it our priority to deliver orders on time as promised. However, we cannot provide shipping cost refunds in the case of national crises, holidays, natural disasters, carrier delays or other circumstances where the delay is beyond our control.

 

Shipping Availability

We ship to most countries worldwide. However, shipping is not available to certain destinations. Please check the available country options in the address information at checkout before placing your order.

 

 International Shipping Tax

International packages may be charged a tariff. While we always ship in the most cost-efficient way to help minimize these charges, we cannot guarantee that no fees will apply. If your package is charged by local customs, the customer will be responsible for covering the cost. LaVivid is NOT responsible for any duties or taxes.

 

 Military Address

LaVivid can’t ship orders to any APO and FPO military addresses such as Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, Guam, Northern Mariana Island, etc.

 

 Xcottons Insurance

Xcottons is a third-party application that allows customers to buy shipping insurance for all orders. Xcottons ensures protection of customers’ shipments in case of loss or stolen. LaVivid won't be responsible for any lost or stolen packages. 

In order to apply for Xcottons's Shipping Insurance, you are given the option to add the insurance during checkout. If you apply for Xcottons's Shipping Insurance, you will receive an email with instructions on how to file a claim if necessary.

Loss Coverage: 

Domestic Packages: If a package is not marked as “Delivered” by the courier within 30 days from the shipment date, it will be considered lost.

International Packages: If a package is not marked as “Delivered” by the courier within 60 days from the shipment date, it will be considered lost.

Packages Marked as "Delivered": If a package is marked as “Delivered” by the courier but not received by the customer, it will be considered lost upon submission of sufficient supporting documentation.

For the cases above, compensation will be provided in the form of either a replacement or a refund, not exceeding the original purchase value of the items.

 

Damage Coverage: 

If a package is damaged during transit, compensation will be provided in the form of either a replacement or a refund.
The compensation amount will not exceed the original purchase value of the items. 


Mis-delivery by Courier: 

If the delivery address does not match the address provided in the order information, compensation may be issued to cover the costs required to correct the address, subject to XCOTTONS' approval.


Delay

If an item is not received within the agreed delivery time, the customer may be eligible for delay compensation of up to USD5 (or USD5 equivalent) per order.
