How does this service work?
1. Our experts will evaluate the condition of your old hair systems by pics, and let you know if it can be fixed.
2. If it can, we’ll provide you a quote, processing time and return address.
3. Prepare your hair system with instructions, and put it in an envelope/a box.
4. Take it to a local Fedex/DHL office and drop the package. Or you can choose our pick-up service by your needs.
5. Please be sure to mark a low value of $10 for your package.
6. After our factory side receives this package, our experts will check everything included in your package and then contact you to proceed the payment through email or phone calls.
7. After all are settled, we will put it into production.
8. You’ll be notified by email when it’s done.
Product Specifications
If you have a broken system, simply send it to us. We’ll restore it to like-new condition, effectively extending its lifespan and saving you money in the long run. Our repair process includes restore hair color, replace lace front, adding more hair to the base and adjusting the hair length to ensure a seamless blend. However, please note that not all hair systems are repairable. To determine if yours can be fixed, we recommend taking a few photos and sending them to our customer service team for evaluation. We’ll guide you through the next steps to get your system back in perfect shape.
