Standard Stock Items: Without add-on services

Stock Items with Add-on Services: Includes items with pre-cut, perming, or bleaching

· Partial Refund: A 50% cancellation fee applies to cover labor and costs.

Custom Orders:

· Partial Refund: A 50% cancellation fee applies, as these items are made-to-order.

We accept returns and exchanges within 45 days of the delivery date.

· No Restocking Fee: You receive the full value of the item.

· Fast Processing: Issued within 3 business days of us receiving your return.

· Flexible: Credits never expire and can be combined with coupons/rewards. You will be notified via email once issued.

Option B: Refund to Original Payment Method

· First Order: Full Refund (No fees).

Restocking Fees (Deducted from refund amount):

· Item Value under $150: $10 fee

· Item Value $150 – $500: $15 fee

· Item Value over $500: $30 fee

Important Notes on Shipping & Fees:

· Non-Refundable Costs: Express shipping, international shipping, and third-party transaction fees are not refundable.

· Refused Packages: Any refused international shipment or automatic return (including Canada) will incur a 30% restocking fee based on the total order amount to cover return logistics.

· LaVivid's Responsibility: If the return is due to a confirmed quality issue or an error on our part (e.g., wrong item sent), we will cover the return shipping cost.

· Customer's Responsibility: For returns due to personal preference (e.g., ordered wrong color/size, change of mind), the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.

Customs & Duties:

· Please note that any customs duties, taxes, or third-party fees incurred during the return process are the sole responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable.

Why is there a fee? Every custom piece is crafted specifically for YOU, using materials and labor that cannot be reused or resold. Because of this personalized process, 50% of the order value is non-refundable once production begins.

Please Double-Check Your Specs: To ensure we create exactly what you’re looking for, please review all details (color, base size, length, density, etc.) before placing your order.

Cancellations & Changes (Before Shipment):

· If you need to cancel after production has started but before shipment, a 50% cancellation fee will be deducted to cover materials and labor.

Issues After Shipment:

· If you notice any issues upon receiving your order, please contact our Customer Service team immediately. We will work closely with you to find the best solution and ensure you are satisfied.

Non-Returnable Custom Items:

· Items that have been used, cut, styled, or altered.

· Items returned after the 45-day return window.

Eligibility: Due to the nature of our wholesale pricing structure, all wholesale orders are Final Sale. Returns are strictly limited to items with verified manufacturing defects. We cannot accept returns for personal preference, overstock, or change of mind.

· Mandatory Inspection: Please thoroughly inspect all units immediately upon delivery.

· Do not make any alterations (e.g., cutting lace/base, applying tape/glue, or dyeing hair) until you have verified the quality.

· Altered items are non-returnable under any circumstances.

· Reporting Window: Any quality issues must be reported within 14 days of delivery. Claims made after this period will not be accepted.

· Processing Time: Once we receive your return package, please allow 5–7 business days for inspection and processing.

· Refund Issuance: Approved refunds will be issued directly to your original payment method.

· Bank Posting Time: Please note that your bank or credit card issuer may take an additional 3–7 business days to post the funds to your account.

Still don't see your refund? If you haven't received your refund after this timeframe, please contact us to request the Proof of Refund (Transaction ID). You can then present this to your bank to trace the funds.

To ensure a fair shopping experience for all our customers and keep our prices competitive, we monitor return activity for abuse. LaVivid reserves the right to take the following actions in cases of excessive, malicious, or fraudulent returns:

· Service & Handling Fees: A fee ranging from 30% to 80% of the order value may be applied to returns deemed malicious or abusive, depending on the severity.

· Order Cancellation: Pending orders associated with the account may be canceled immediately.

· Account Restriction: We reserve the right to restrict or permanently ban accounts from making future purchases.
