This hair system and the last 2 hair systems were missing a patch of hair from the middle frontal region, and because they have a no return policy on precut hair systems I could not get a refund. This is the last time I order from La Vivid as a company because I have given them multiple chances. Twice I had two systems that were not styled when I paid extra for styling.
