We use your template to accurately replicate your head shape and scalp curvature, ensuring the final hair system fits you perfectly.

How does this service work?

1. After you purchase this service

Please send us your shipping address by email.

Based on your address, we will create a shipping label and send it to you via email.

(Since this is a virtual product, we are unable to collect your address at checkout. We appreciate your understanding for any inconvenience caused.) 

2. Print the shipping label

Please print the shipping label we provide.

3. Prepare your package

Place your template, hair sample, and any specific instructions into an envelope.

4. Drop off your package

Take the package to your local FedEx office and ship it using the provided label.

5. Declare package value

For customs clearance purposes, please mark a low declared value (recommended: $10).

6. Shipping to our factory

Your package will be sent directly to our factory in China for processing.

7. Review & confirmation

Once your package is received, our specialists will carefully review all materials.

We will then contact you via email or phone to confirm the details of your custom order.

8. Payment & production

After all details are confirmed, we will send you a secure payment link.

Production will begin once payment is received.

9. Processing time

The full process usually takes around 10–15 business days (after confirmation and payment).
