I saw the hairsystem 'Patrick' and asked Tina if this custom made hairsystem could be made based on my personal hair template and hair density. With the superb help of Tina it could be realized. After 8 weeks I received the hairsystem and it was again a masterpiece! With the hairsystem came along a beautiful surprise: a nice bag with a brush and a marker to outline the hairline. Really, really nice! The hairsystem was and is wonderful, such outstanding quality again! This all could be realized with the utmost help of Tina. Thanks again Lavivid Hair for this wonderful masterpiece!!

I ordered a custom made hairunit with all my wishes and specifications. My sides are rather thin, so I had to order a custom made unit. With a lot of help and personal interaction through mail correspondance with Tina ( Support LaVivid Hair ) we could finalize the customarizations ( what kind of hair, base, thickness, colour, curl, etc. ). After sending my template, I received my hairunit after 3 months....and the quality of the hair unit is outstanding! I am really impressed. Tina's help was great, she responds to mails and questions quickly and that support is essential by making a customized hair unit. A big, big compliment to Tina and laVivid hair! You can whitness the result yourself.

Just received my hair piece on 3/08/23. The texture is fantastic, the length is perfect, color is great, the cap style makes it fit like it is not even there. So light I forget I have it on. The price and speed which I received from the time I order was great as well. Lavivid is my new hair supplier. Below is what I got and attached a pic. Best hair piece I have had in a long while. Today I received my two custom hair systems from Lavavid, I will say that I wish I had found this company years ago because they make the best quality hair systems. The hair is super soft and silky and is exactly what I ordered. Tina the customer service rep I deal with is excellent at communication thru emails. She always gets back to me within 24 hours and answers all of my questions and concerns. She even went out of her way to send pictures of the systems by clarifying with me after a minor hiccup with my last order that everything was and will be to my satisfaction. She is the best!! I left my old company after 30 years to go with Lavivid after waiting a year for two systems that I still to this day do not have. Lead times with Lavivid are very fast and they do not compromise the quality in doing so. Just give them all of the specifications that you want and they will make you the perfect hair system. I will continue now for many years to buy all of my systems thru Lavivid. Thank you Lavivid for your quality and service.
