1.How long will my hair system last?

Accepted Answer

It depends on the base design of the hair system and how well the wearer looks after their hair system. Thin skin base can usually last 2-4 months, depending on skin thickness. The thicker the skin, the longer the lifespan. Lace base and mono base can last 3-6 months, while silk base can last up to 9 months.

2.What if my order never arrives, is stolen, or arrives damaged?

When you add Route+, you can easily file claims for lost, stolen, or damaged packages in the unfortunate case that they arise. When you file a claim, it will be reviewed for approval for a reorder or refund within 24 hours.

3.How often do I have to replace a hair system?

Accepted Answer

It mainly depends on which base you choose for the hair system because different bases have different lifespans. Our ultra-thin skin base (0.03mm) has a lifespan of about 2 months while our Silk base hair system can last up to a year with correct care. Besides this, the frequency you wear it and the way how you care for and maintain your hair system also affect its lifespan.

4.I have problems with removing the tape from the lace base of my hair system. Do you have any tips for this?

Accepted Answer

Before removing the lace hair system from the scalp, apply the spray adhesive remover to the area where the tape is and soak the tape for several minutes. Find the edge of the base in the back and lift it a little. Then use a towel to remove the tapes gently.

5.How long should I have the hair system bonding on my head once I put it on?

Accepted Answer

The total time of bonding depends on factors like the adhesive used, your skin type, the climate, and your lifestyle. We recommend you only remove it and get it cleaned every 1-2 weeks to extend the lifespan of the hair system. If you don't sweat a lot and live in a dry climate, you can leave it on for a longer time, about 2-4 weeks. If you attach a lace hair system with liquid adhesive, we don't recommend you to wear it for more than two weeks in a row. If you wear it for too long time, the adhesive will penetrate through the lace which makes it very difficult to clean.

7.Can I customize different density in different sections of the base?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Many of our customers order a lighter density in the front hairline to create a natural graduated appearance. We can also offer a lighter density around the perimeter to blend in with your hair seamlessly.

8.Will the lace match my skin color?

Accepted Answer
