First option is that sending in your hair sample and we can get your hair color matched with your hair sample. However, this might doesn't work for people who don't have long or enough amount of hair to cut off for the sample. The hair might needs months time to grow, so you will have to wait a very long time to get your hair color matched. However, another option is that you can purchase our hair system color ring and match your own hair color at home. This is a much quicker way to get your hair color matched.

We recommend replacing your color ring every 2 years due to the possibility of slight color fade due to light exposure.
How does a color ring work for individuals?
If it is hard to pick a color through pictures, you can purchase our color ring to get your hair color matched. Then you can return the color ring back to us, and the money can be transferred to the hair system you want to purchase.

If your package was not successfully delivered and is returned to us by the carrier, we offer a free first-time reshipment. If returned to us for a second time, there will be an additional $8.95 shipping cost ($29.89 for international orders) for a reshipment.

LaVivid makes it our priority to deliver orders on time as promised. However, we cannot provide shipping cost refunds in the case of national crises, holidays, natural disasters, carrier delays or other circumstances where the delay is beyond our control.
