The hair system base is usually the determining factor that dictates how long a hair system will last. Usually the thicker the hair system base is, the longer it will last. LaVivid hair provides hair systems that have lifespans ranging from two to twelve months.

Usually, the thicker the base is, the higher density of hair it can carry and vice versa. A hair system with a high hair density is usually recommended for younger customers. Hair systems with a lower hair density is often recommended for mature customers for the most natural appearance.

The average price for a LaVivid toupee is $170. For hair systems with a lifespan of 2 to 3 months, 4 to 5 months, and 9 to 12 months, the yearly cost will be $1,000, $500 and $300 respectively.
