Who Am I?

I’m Steffen, a 40-year-old store manager from Germany with a passion for sports, architecture, travel, and food. Although I don’t have any pets, I dream of a world where everyone feels comfortable and free to be their true selves. 1. What motivated you to try a hair system for the first time?
I was thrilled with the result and thought it was a real alternative to a hair transplant.
2. When did you first start using LaVivid’s hair systems, and which product did you choose?
I tried Lavivid products for the first time in 2019, over 5 years ago.
3. What has inspired your long-term partnership with LaVivid over the past two years, and why did you decide to become their Exclusive Ambassador?
I decided to do it because the products and the variety of systems are simply brilliant and I can always discover new things. I also appreciate the customer service and communication.
4. Could you share your top maintenance tips for customers to keep their hair system looking its best daily?
It is important to brush your hair properly in the evening before going to bed and in the morning too. I always say less is more, so please don't use so many styling products, but rather an instant conditioner, which simply keeps the hair moist.
5. What would you say to new customers who are considering a hair system but feel unsure about taking the first step?
I would say to customers if it is your wish to have full hair. Try it out, you always have the option of taking it off, but once you have the pleasure, you will fall in love with your full hair
