For the same model hair system, someone can use it several months out of it while some can only use it a few weeks. What could be the causes? Today we are talking about what actions you should avoid in order to make your hair system lasts as long as possible.

A hair system is designed to last you a very, very, very long time, and it's made with quality products. Of course, hair systems are something that can decay with time, and you will eventually need to purchase another one. The duration of your hair system is largely up to you. Now, different types of bases and hair systems last the different duration. You'll find ultra-thin skin poly is probably going to last a lot shorter than a monofilament hair system. When we talked about the durability of different hair systems, we gave them a number on one to ten scales for how durable they are. So that's something that you definitely want to consider as you purchase your hair system and consider how long it should really last. That being said, There's a lot of things that you can do to make your hair system last longer and make sure that you are getting the most value out of your money spent. So in this article, we're going to talk about some of the things that actually short in the lifespan of your hair system.

Friction

The first thing we're going to talk about is friction. Friction is caused when two things are rubbing together. When you think about friction and hair systems, there's a primary one that comes to mind, and that's actually sleeping. When you are sleeping, make sure that you do not go to sleep with a wet hair system. If you've taken shower, a wet hair system with friction as you are sleeping can map. The unit can also cause tangles and a lot of hair loss over the long run, which can impact the performance of your hair system.

Friction can also occur with hats. It can occur with swimming caps and a concur with helmets. It can occur with a lot of different things, so you want to limit your exposure to those. Now if you wear a hat once every two weeks because it's raining outside and you'll feel like getting wet. Is it going to kill your system? No, it's not going to. But if you're constantly exposing your hair system to environments like that, for example, you play American football, and you have your head in a helmet, and you're just getting bashed around them. These might shorten the life span of your hair system, so it's something to keep notice of.

Tangles

Next on the list is tangles. Tangles are what happens when the hair and your hair system windup kind of crossing together and forming knots. Tangles can happen if you're not properly washing your unit, if you're not shampooing it, and also if you are not brushing your hair system. Now I make it a daily practice to brush out my hair system with a detailing brush. This helps me make sure that my hair system is healthy and that there are not many tangles inside of it at any given time. Tangles are a subset of a larger issue with a hair system which is hair loss. And if you lose a lot of hair from your hair system, it can eventually become unusable. You can find pictures out on the internet, showing that hair systems may lose patches of hair or it really can become spotty. That's generally caused by user error by the person using the hair system, exposing it to things that it shouldn't be exposed to. Knots and tangles can be one of those things. Especially if you try to pull out the knots and tangles by putting pressure on the knot or the base of the hair system, if you do this, there is a high chance that you are going to pull out some hairs, and you may only be pulling out a couple at a time. But every single day, having in knots, having tangles inside of your units, it will eventually add up, and it will leave. You may eventually say, I don't know what happened to my hair, my hair system doesn't look right. So practice every single day and make sure that you're taking care of your hair system.

Hair loss can occur in other ways, though. Another way you may lose hair from your hair system is by getting adhesives stuck in and around your hair system hair. When liquid adhesives meltdown in a liquefy it can occur, when you are applying your hair system and some of the hair gets trapped underneath, it can happen in a variety of ways, but we really want to avoid it. And always consider that if you do get hair and adhesive, using isopropyl alcohol to get the hair out of the adhesive is a wonderful, wonderful trick. Now, if you need something a little bit stronger, a solvent may work, or even dish soap. Dish soap is designed to clean down dust, gunk, and things like this, and it can really save your hair. However, dish soap can be somewhat drying to your hair system. So keep that in mind, try not to use it too much. Making sure that your hair is not getting any adhesive is going to save a lot of hair in your hair system.
