Throughout these challenging times, our service will remain open.

Right now, our factory is going through a slow-down due to a temporary closure in our supply chain. This affects our custom made hair systems.

    For Custom Orders Already Placed:

    There will be a delay without a known finish date for now, and we apologize for any convenience caused by this. We are closely monitoring the situation and will keep you updated on your order. If you need your hair system desperately, please contact our customer support where our experts can advise you on an alternative stock hair system for you.

    Stock Hair Systems:

    Most stock styles in most colors are available and can be shipped to you right after your order is placed. We are shipping worldwide EVERY DAY. If the order you placed runs out of stock, our customer service team will contact you within 12 hours to discuss the possible alternatives best for you.

    Hair System Fitting:

    Due to the social distancing, it may not be possible for you to visit a salon or barber to get your hair system fitted right now. However, LaVivid provides a pre-style service where we can pre-cut the base to you size and pre-cut the hair to the hairstyle you want, so you can wear it straight away. This pre-style service costs $40.

    According to WHO, the disease does not survive long on objects such as letters or packages, and it is deemed safe to receive packages. Our facilities also sanitize the systems and packages before shipping them to you.

    Most of our employees are working from home, and our necessary employees, such as our shipping team, work in the office on rotation. Our customer service team is available and on hand to take calls, answer emails, and help place and process orders as usual. You will still receive excellent service from the LaVivid team.
